Dr. Raychel
Powers

Psychologist. Forensic evaluator. Advocate.

I’ve sat in courtrooms, therapy rooms, prisons, and protests, working with the system, around it, and against it when it needed to be.

Justice that frees. Therapy that empowers. Creativity that heals.

Wait till you see how interesting psychology can be…

I’m Dr. Raychel Powers, a psychologist who steps outside the box, because modern-day problems need new ways to cope. I’m trying to improve the system and the lives of others using an understanding of the brain, an understanding of society, and guidance toward lasting human change. I taught myself to vibe code apps that work to improve society, starting with you.

Three minutes, three times a day, for three weeks.

A meditation method small enough to actually keep and long enough to change something. BE333 is built on the idea that a steady, tiny practice beats an ambitious one you abandon.

Understanding Long COVID

Dr. Bruce Patterson understands Long COVID like few others. His research and treatment have been personally life-changing for me, and it’s my goal to help people recognize the symptoms and harms so we can collectively get better.
